JIRO Technology

Jiro technology is an implementation based on the Federated Management Architecture (FMA) Specification, which describes extensions to the Java language environment. The FMA initiative addresses system management, particularly storage management. In addition to the platform, the FMA Specification defines a component model, i.e., the Federated Beans model, and a set of services. The Jiro technology is effectively the application of this model to the design and implementation of storage management solutions.
