LEARNING PLAN :
1 - 2 months - Introduction to Store Operations and Processes 3 4 months - Product + Functional exposure 4 6 months - Shadowing the Department Manager After 6 months Trainees will be evaluated Successful candidates will move in the role of Department Manager
COMPENSATION :
During Training Period 2.75 Lakhs CTC pa After Training Period revision based on role STUDENTS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE POSTING :
