PERSONAL STATEMENT:
I have a desire to gain knowledge and experience within the accounts field. I consider myself to be an able communicator and problem-solver with a grasp of the English language, mathematics and critical thinking.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
Bradford & Bingley (13-25 Sept 2003) High-school work experience. Worked as an office assistant, gaining experience performing general office work and coordinating with other employees as necessary in the office environment.

INTERESTS:

Reading, particularly non-fiction books and articles regarding the media, politics, psychology and related areas. Politics. I follow British politics and enjoy discussing the subject and my opinions. Other interests include cinema, comedy and computer hardware.

ADDITIONAL:

Computing Skills. I have used computers from a young age and have good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office package programs such as Word and Excel. Sage. Through studying Book-keeping and Accounting I have some experience of computerised accounting using the Sage Line 50 accounting software. As a result of my personal computing experience I found the program intuitive and had no problem becoming acquainted with its functionality. I am fully confident in my ability to adapt and expand my knowledge of Sage as required.
