Stuckon Footwear Manufacturing Process 1. Mid Sole:y Midsole are manufactured in the EVA machine with the help of dummy pieces by manually as well as by injecting method. 2. Grinding:y Grinding is done with the help of grinder for making the surface of midsole rough so as to apply gum. 3. Hot & Cold treatment:y With the help of thermic fluid the mid sole produced in EVA m/c is treated in the heating chamber at 1800C for about 380 sec in the mould with desired pattern. y After that cooling with the help of cooling chamber is done. 4. Out sole:y Outsole is made with Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) in the TPR machine with two injectors for two colours.

5. Heating Conveyor, Chiller & Sole attaching machine:y Primer is applied in the midsole and the upper separately and passed through heating chamber and then Gum is applied in both midsole and upper and passed through another heating chamber. Again Gum is applied to both items and passed through another 2 set of heating chamber and fixed the upper & midsole. y After that it is pressed in the sole attaching machine and passed through chiller. y After that the same process is done with the upper fixed midsole and outsole separately. After completing the heating chamber the upper fixed midsole and the outsole is attached manually and pressed in the sole attaching machine. y Finally it is cooled in the chiller and packed after inspection.
