On its own motion, the Court clarifyies its prior ruling at the hearing on June 28, 2010. At the hearing, Mr. Gardner notified the Court he intended "to use TrialDirector, and . . . realtime." (June 28, 2010, Hearing Tr. 59:5-6.) The Court replied, "[t]hat's fine." (Id. 59:10.) The Court's ruling referred to the use of TrialDirector. Realtime transcripts of proceedings are, however, not available to the parties. If the parties wish to receive daily transcripts of the hearing, they may contact Phyllis Preston, the Court reporter, to order daily transcripts of the hearing. IT IS SO ORDERED.
