ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING Activities of Daily Living Nutrition Before Hospitalization meals usually consist of rice and dried

fish/meat and often pork during lunch and dinner time and usually eat bread with coffee during breakfast. For his snacks he eats banana or bread. His fluid intake is about 8 glasses a day and says that she drinks juices and carbonated drinks often. He does not have any problems with her appetite. Patient reports of red-orange colored urine. she does not make use of any assistive devices. she used to defecate once a day. she says that the usual characteristics of her stools are clay colored, hard and wellformed. Patient does not make use any assistive device. Patient has a good skin turgor but has pruritus. She practices proper hygiene. she usually sleeps at 10:00 midnight and wakes up at around 5:00 am. (None) Patient does not do routine exercises and considers household chores. none The patient is being open minded to the things with regards to sexuality. (3 times a week) During Hospitalization Jelly ace for 2 days. No liquid intake for 2 days. After 2 days of hospitalation the patient can drink about .5ml per hour. The patient eats porridge. Soft diet after 1 week.

The patients urine output becomes normal.
