DEFINITION OF AN-NIFAQ
One whose external appearance is Islam (praying, fasting, etc) but whose inner reality conceals kufr. More dangerous and worse than a kfur. A kafir is easy to recognize ,as he is infidel , not for a hypocrite who s sometimes having the same good contribution to Islam but wanting to destroy Islam from inner side.

Prophet (PBUH) had said, Four characters. Those who have all of it means he is real hypocrites. And who had one of them means he has the nature of hypocrites untill he left it. The four characters are, when he speaks, it s a lie, when he promised he defaulted, when he sealed an agreement he denies it and when fighting he always wants to win. (Narrated by Ibn al'Syaikhan of 'Amr)
