    NOTWITHSTANDING any acts, deeds or things hereto before done, executed or Suffered anything to the contrary the vendor is now lawfully possessed of the Schedule Property free from all types of encumbrances and having clear title to sell the Schedule Property to the Purchaser.

    The Purchaser shall here afterwards and at all times peacefully and hold, own, possess and enjoy the Schedule Property without any let or hipdrance, interruption or disturbances whatsoever from or by the vendor or any person or persons claiming under or in trust for the vendor. ., -4
