Guidelines
ATTENDANCE RULES

A record of latecomers and absentees shall be made. Late comers (15 or more minutes beyond the established meeting time) will buy refreshment for the group. In every meeting, complete attendance is a must. Group members should have a uniform time Before proceeding to an area ward/community, the group must have an agreement where and when to meet. Late comers will be informed that the rest of the group will proceed to the area/ward/community. Absence from a meeting may be excused if the reason for absence is valid (class, sick). ***

PARTICIPATION, MEETINGS, & CONDUCT IN THE AREA

Courtesy/respect for decision should always be observed within the group. Every member must participate in the meeting bytaking a stand/suggestions or stating approval/disapproval to any motions forwarded by their fellow groupmates. Transparency, honesty and openness shall be exercised When a group member has a bad performance, other members should tell this directly to that person on a professional manner to avoid backstabbing or fights within the group. Each member is REQUIRED to participate in all of the research, paperwork and activities the group has to do. Meeting shall start when a quorum has been established When there is a tension between members, the rest of the members should not take sides. Instead, they should strive to reunite them. Always leave the area with another groupmate at all times. Never proceed to the area alone during weekends or without informing the other groupmates. ***

POSITION

There will be a rotation of leaders to establish the sense of responsibility and leadership to all members of the group. ***

BONDING
At the end of the semester, the group must have a RockBand jamming session. Have a group lunch at least once every area. ***

INFORMATION DISSIMINATION
All members must acknowledge and give a definite feedback regarding any announcement, reminder and notification given by any member. A Yahoo! group and/or a Facebook group shall be made.

The abovementioned set of guidelines has been decided and agreed upon by the undersigned.
