1st stage (leptospiremic)
Flu-like sx: fever, headache, chills, muscle ache Others: jaundice, conjunctivitis, abdominal pain, diarrhea, rash

2nd stage (leptospiruric/immune)


Kidney or liver failure, meningitis, pulmonary complications
