National and provincial roads are concrete, gravel and asphalt. Municipal roads are gravel, asphalt and earth There are 63 concrete bridges, 28 steel bridges. There are only about 5000 hectares of farms that are irrigated.

Land Tenure Improvement (LTI)
11,107 hectares of land distributed to farmers (2002) Surveyed 468 hectares while the remaining 320 hectares of the target areas is still on-going.

Agrarian Justice Delivery


Resolved 128 Ali cases, 84 adjudication and 279 mediation cases. a total of 2,000 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) were served

Improving the Quality and Relevance of Basic Education Division Shared Reading Program
Pupils are paired according to the following scheme; Grade I with Grade III ; Grade II with Grade IV and Grade V with Grade VI. Pupils read books, magazines or any available reading material of their choice.

Palay Procurement
NFA Pagadian and Molave area procured a total of 32,729 bags of palay for the year 2002 It comprised 51% deliveries from cooperatives and 49% from individuals.

Soil Conservation and Watershed Management


Two (2) watershed areas delineated on maps and characterized Constructed 70 structural measures and established 29,600 vegetable measures.

Summary
Zamboanga del Sur is a venue of the fusion of the different denominations such as Cebuanos, Chavacanos, Boholanos, Maguindan aoans, and many more making it culturally diverse and abundant. All the aspects of the agricultural systems is actively participating in the development of Zamboanga del Sur.
