Digital Architecture Research Studio

INTERIM ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS
Following are the requirements for your interim assessment: 1. Pecha-kucha style presentation.
Mode of delivery: Powerpoint slideshow on mobile display unit. Exactly12 slides @ 20 seconds per slide (timed interval) Each slide may contain multiple frames if necessary (eg. gif animation) A concise explanation of the procedure you have followed to arrive at your Australia House design proposal. Assume that the crit panel understand the nature of the studio and have heard about the precedent study. Should be essentially diagrammatic (2D and 3D). Diagrams should follow a clear sequence. Analog and digital models, images and drawings may be used. The procedure you have followed and its parameters (aspects of the site, use and programme), drivers (environmental and performative generators and constraints) and variables (range of possibilities). What is the logic/system? What are the key drivers? What are the lesser drivers? What does the outcome reflect the process undertaken? How successful was the process? What will I look to explore in the second half of the semester?
