The Homestead Hotel and Condominium: Sanitary Drain Stack Rehabilitation

Location: Ocean City, New Jersey Situation:
Twelve sanitary stacks had experienced corrosion, causing failure and leaks. The 4 cast iron pipes are in the hotels aged plaster and concrete walls, making them difficult to get to.

Solution:

Nu Flows no-dig technology saved the customer from costly, disruptive and messy construction to repair the pipes. Our Pull-in-Place structural liner solution rehabilitated the sanitary stacks and preserved the historic building.
