Extension of Time With reference to the above, we write to request for extension time as reason below:1.

Late handover of LG1 for submain cabling works. a. According to our planning and our work programmed which submitted to you, we suppose to start our cable ladder, tray and trunking installation works on February 2010. Which this work required 3 months to complete excluding cabling works. We are not allowed to start our installation works, The installation has been postponed until August 2010. b. 2. Late handover of Risers. a. According to our planning and our work programmed, we suppose to start our cable tray and trunking installation works on February 2010. Which this work required 4 months for each tower to complete including cabling works. The installation has been postponed until August 2010. b. 3. Damage of works done by other trades. a. On this matter several letters been issued and also highlighted during the meeting. This double works is causing on the delay. The damages as below:i. Damage of wiring works. Lot of unit and areas are involved. This damages due to wall hacking carried out by others. Which causing damages on the wiring works which been completed and inspected even been tested. Due this matter we have spend a lot of material to replace all the damaged cabling works and we have spend many laborers and time to rectify for making good of the damages. ii. b. 4. Frequent stealing of works completed. a. As according to our planning and our work programmed, we suppose to start our cable ladder, tray and trunking installation works on February 2010.
