GUIDELINES: BUSINESSES Parks

The BUSINESSES HOSPITALITY SUITE is located at the Parks. Guidelines for Use: To host key stakeholders e.g. persons in the Ministry of Public Utilities, Chambers, Permanent Secretaries etc. To deepen alliances with corporate partners and stakeholders by creating opportunities for engagement in a relaxed environment. To extend our corporate image as an exemplary service provider worldwide with our customers. To facilitate team building and work related professional social networking among BUSINESSES Staff. See Appendix 1 for complete details of Criteria for Use. General Outline: 1. To ensure the physical comfort of our guests, the recommended number of invitees should not exceed 100 (inclusive of service and security personnel). Note: Due to the guidelines of the Parks, guests will only be admitted by invitation therefore casual invitations should not be entertained, for paid Park events.

2. BUSINESSESs Department is responsible for the physical aspects of the Suite as


it relates to the amenities, maintenance and holding of locks and keys related to access and equipment. The Department is responsible for the custodianship of the facility in terms of the scheduling of activities at the Suite, the number and distribution of invitations.

3. The Department is responsible for arrangements or functions, as advised by the


department, this responsibility can be re-assigned to other qualified / capable persons within BUSINESSES.

4. The Department is the custodian of invitations to the Parks. Special invitations


will be generated at the discretion of and with the approval of the Department.
