Uncivilised Scenes

Photographs Exhibitions by Sally Mclnerney

Foreword
Uncivilised Birds flew over the silted fountain, the crab rearranged his kingdom of sand; stones rolled out of the mouth of the mountain and stationed themselves in the wounded land. Broken vessels of language lay where weeds ran wild in the public square, and spiders constructed a right-of-way to the ruined tower and the winding stair.

Summary
Last week, I visited a photographic exhibition. Photographer is Sally Mclnerney. She is a local Australian photographer. The theme of the exhibition is Uncivilised Scenes. Photographer use her own camera in hands to show us a different world, there were many traces in a natural world by human beings. This is the reason why I chose this photographic exhibition. Because of it is a different world for us. Sometimes the workings of Nature coalesce with signs of human industry so that a truce is formed between the two powers the wild and the civilised and a beautiful, transient third territory appears, a prospect of the world going on without us. Introduction
In these works from exhibition, It has been taken the place that there had life before, but now there are deserted place. These seem to the wild world of human existence over the footprints in everywhere. As the photographer said, it is like a third world in the existing world, one is wild word, and another one is human world. The third one exists in between them, Uncivilised World.

Body
Dead trees are covered with discarded household items by people. Flowers and moss are growing in abandoned vehicles and there are slowly crawling insects in the above. The abandoned town full of weeds. Trolley is lying on the bottom of the lake, waterfowl swim on the lake quietly and depicting prairie painting is hanging on the old wall, etc. These are the Uncivilised World that Sally shows us. The natural world was once a wild world, peaceful and just, because of the emergence of human beings, it has gradually lost the peace. The human engraved their own marks on that world. Then as time goes by, the human left this place and went to find a new paradise and the quiet was restored here again, but once everything has never come back. Time will bury those scars slowly that human left behind, but the scars on the earth that human carved are not so easy to disappear. But even this world, in the photographer opinion, in our opinion, it still has a different kind of beauty, like the injured wild world use it own special power to recover its unique life of the past gradually. It is used only in their own way to heal the wounds of humanity. Even if the end it looks like may not fully return to the past, but, at least a force of nature. It also allows us to see the stubborn side of nature. This is different from landscapes in the past, the content in the exhibition of the photographs are a combination of natural and man-made. In fact, sometimes the human world and the wild world are not out of place and cannot be compatible. These photos show us the combination of the two worlds and produce a wonderful balance. This world is so unique. Crack and two birdsPhoto to show us that there is a crack on the glass and we look the sky through this glass. There are two birds are flying in the sky. The crack is very cleverly to divides two birds and sky in two parts. It likes the sky is torn in general, birds cannot fly in the sky once again.

Peat field, the garbage in everywhere on the wilderness, but it is still grown a lot of unknown flowers around the wilderness.

Forzen cobweb, on the man-made barbed wire, there is a frozen spider net. Swan and trolley, on the clear water, there is a swan swims slowly. Underwater, we can see clearly there is a abandoned trolley.

Torsohuman art combines with natural art.

Lichen on a two-tone car the fade and abandoned car is covered with moss. Like blossoming green flowers decorate with abandoned vehicle.

Fig treedead tree becomes a part of the wall, like a gate. A child is playing in the side.

In the all exhibits, this photo is my favorite one, Algal blooms.

At first, everyone first impression of this picture is that dark clouds of the wilderness, there stands a tree with red unknown flowers are blooming on it. This style has a bit like Impressionism in the school of painting. Artists go out of their own studio to explore the nature of light and color changes in an instant. This school of painting in which a representative, Monet, he is my favorite painter. But in fact, I found this after I observed in this picture, it is not really a tree full of flowers. Photographers camera really looks at a reflection on the surface of water with a dead tree! Those green leaver and red flowers are red and green algae floating on the water. If this picture upside down, you can clearly see that is a reflection of the tree. Clever combination of reflection and algae become this unique and innovative work.

Sometimes people they really have no words to express the shock from the art of nature. Art of nature must rely on peoples eyes to see or to dig that will probably be found. Like this photo, White Dog. The undulating stretches of white hills in this photo, are formed a huge white dog. Nature really is the greatest and most amazing creator of the world.

Conclusion
The photographer, but also puts human society and wild world together in harmony cleverly in her photo without the slightest unexpected to show her visitors about this third world, Uncivilised Scenes. At the same time, we also saw the destruction of wild world with human life in her photos. In fact, sometimes it should really appeal to people do not go to undermine that paradise, please return them to a quiet and peaceful world of nature. 2644 Teresa
