Please inform the Instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to class beginning. Please arrive on time for classes so that you may take advantage of the warm up and please stay through the final stretch. Feel free to replenish fluids during class whenever you feel necessary. Sneakers- (aerobic shoes or cross trainers) are required in all classes with the exception of yoga & pilates. Instructors will show participants how to modify more challenging movements as well as how to power up movements to make them more challenging.
