This 482 square meter beach side home, consists of two wings, each inspired by the famous 1954 house designed by Eduardo Catalano. This house is built out of plywood that is steam pressed into structural shapes and assembled into a free standing structure. Consisting of 128 oor panels and 128 roof panels to form the body of the home. The plywood is manufactured by a lumber mill on the property from wood supplied by the land. The home and farm is powered by a generator and vehicles fueled by wood gas produced by sawdust collected at the mill. The mill is hydro-powered from the stream. Housing kits are made and sold to produce income.

Steam molded wood products produced by the same process that manufactures the building components from harvested wood provide additional income from the operation. Wool and leather production are made into clothing and leather goods used locally on the farm.
