Subject: Notice inviting Tenders/Bids for Manpower Services. Reference is invited to the advertisement published in the Newspapers on 25th September,2010 on the above subject. In the notice inviting Tenders/Bids for Manpower Services there is an omission about Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). The following may be read with the Terms and Conditions for providing Manpower Services. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of `15,000/- ( Rupees fifteen thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of National Rural Roads Development Agency, New Delhi should be enclosed with the bid. The tender received without EMD would be summarily rejected. The Earnest Money Deposit will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders on finalization of the contract.
