Introduction
The department of management science and information technology at Tech offers between 36 and 40 three-hour course sections. 20 of the course sections are taught by 10 regular faculty. Faculty has rated their preference for each course using a scale from 1 to 5 such that :
Preference 1 Preference 2 Preference 3 Preference 4 Preference 5 Strongly preferred Preferred but not as strongly as 1. Neutral Prefer not to teach but not strongly. Strongly preferred not to teach the course.
