    Fax: 079-26621167 Sub: Regarding change of test center for Admission 2008-09 Sir/Madam This is to inform you that my daughter, Ms.Mitushi Jain, has applied for Admission 2008-09 as per following details: Application No. 3990 Programme : PGDPD She had opted for Delhi as test center. Subsequently, it was decided by her present institute (NIFT, New Delhi) that she has to join her graduation project at Bangalore starting from Ist Jan.2008. A request for change of test center to Banglore was initially made by her through e-mail and subsequently by post on 3-12-07. I have tried to confirm status of her request on many occasions telephonically, and I was informed to send a request through fax also. Through this fax I once again request you for change of Test Center to Bangalore and oblige. Please let us know the status of our request so that she can plan her travel reservations for Bangalore.
