Vegetable Cutlet
diced (4) 1.5 cup cabbage, shredded To taste: ------------chilli powder roasted cumin black pepper powder salt bits of cashews (optional) For batter: 0.5 cup all-purpose flour 0.5 cup milk breadcrumbs oil for deep-frying Algorithm: 1. boil the vegetables ((1)-(4) above) and drain 2. mash boiled vegetables, mix other spices into it ("To taste" above) 3. divide the mashed veg+spices mix into small balls 4. chill them for 1 hour ... 5. Make batter with flour and milk 6. Dip a cutlet in the batter; roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry. Serve with coriander chutney or chilli/tomato sauce. Good luck & Enjoy!
