Instead of individual access lanes, a common access lane for several shops together Creating a huge social umbrella for employees without specifying dead lines for project completion: Strategic blunder, involved high costs

Most of the blunders were not repeated The system is not underground

Route following canals and other relatively non populated areas running parallel to the main road
