INTRODUCTION
In conjunction with the IKM Southern Branch 25th Anniversary, a 2-day Symposium on Total Laboratory Management which features the latest developments in Laboratory Quality, Safety, Environment and Laboratory Informatics (QSEL) with emphasis on Chemical Safety will be held on 11-12 October 2011 at the Zon Regency Hotel, Johor Bahru. This 2-day Symposium is intended to provide participants with an understanding of future developments in laboratory management, chemical metrology in trade and industry, laboratory safety with emphasis on chemical safety & security, process safety, biosafety & biosecurity. It also highlights the latest trends in CHRA and GHS. It provides an opportunity for the industries, particularly the laboratory personnel to keep abreast with the current trends and developments

QSEL 2011 is a HRDF claimable event for eligible Malaysian companies which contribute to the HRD Fund.
