Grounds of possible pilotless vehicles application for the purpose
of monitoring of the territory of Ukraine during spring flooding
The monitoring system of the territory situation during spring flooding in
Ukraine has been analyzed. The perspectives of pilotless vehicle (PV) application
for the purpose of organizing everyday air monitoring of the territory conditions
have been considered. The procedure of the river Dnieper basin monitoring using
the PV Strepet-S has been regarded as an example.
