Please refer the contents of the above order As per the Order of the High Court dated 23rd July 2010, the following disclosure is made regarding the application dated 22nd Dec 2008.

As per the directions of High Court the office bearers and Smt Panickar were invited to the hearings held on 06th May 2010, 24th May 2010 & 31st May 2010. Mr. Rajit Anand, the secretary of the society was present during the hearing. He submitted via letter dated 23rd May 2010 that Smt Panickar has lodged a case No. 157/2009 which is pending in the co-operative court 4.

Also this office has inspected the society on 25-Mar-2010 and replied via letter dated 08-April-2010. Also all documents requested by Smt. Panickar were provided on 31-May-2010. Also documents requested earlier were given to Adv. Parvinder Singh on 08-April-2009. Since the issues mentioned in the letter dated 22nd Dec 2008 are referred in the co-operative court pending case 157/2009, this office cannot look into it. The letter of the cheif secretary dated 16-Feb-2010 is regarding completion of routine work on time.
