I am glad to report to you that our project (OWCp) was selected by Microsoft.com as an educational model that incorporates Online forums for interactive and collaborative learning, and as a model for online community-building. Mark Warschauer recommends OWCp project as an effective collaborative learning environment. He posted these lines to the Papyrus News in January 24, 2004. "Online Writing Collaboration Project ( OWCp ) is the meeting place on cyberspace for English teachers and learners from all over the globe. OWCp is an International project administrated by professors from different universities in USA, Middle East, Canada, Europe and Far East.
