Abstract The main objective of this research is to determine how pedagogy management influences the quality of education teaching

in educational public institution Jos Carlos Maritegui and the educational parish institution Virgen del Rosario, in the fifth grade high school Manchay, Pachacamac. The population considered in this research is 25 fifth-grade teachers of secondary education of educational public institution Jos Carlos Mariategui and educational parish institution Virgen del Rosario, it seemed the entire population and study sample, this is 12 teachers from Jos Carlos Mariategui school and 13 school teachers in the Virgen del Rosario school. Data collected in this research has been given from the application of a survey with 22 items aimed at teachers, administrators and parents of both institutions as well as field research, observation, comparison, description and interpretation variable, whose data and results were processed statistically Finally, we conclude with the results obtained in the public educational institution Jos Carlos Mariategui, there is an apparent inclusion in education but in reality this is receiving a poor education, lack of conditions such as infrastructure, modern educational materials, differentiated approaches, lack of trained teachers and identified with the educational reality of the country and certain educational goals, to achieve optimal results meaningful learning in students
