I am giving the fixed line telephony, the mobile telephony, wireless telephony and high speed internet. From the last 6 months my sale is going down and when I conclude that why the sale is going down then I come to the result that the following factors are involve in downing the sale. 1. Tough competition with other companies. 2. Tariff rates. 3. Law and order situations. 4. Staff motivation towards work. As there are many telecomm companies working in our country and in this situation the competition between the companies is very tough. Every week or month there is a new strategy for grabbing the customer by giving new packages, new features and new type of communication.
