1. Mark Rummell says: The Samsung just seems to be another iPad. And if thats the case might as well go with the proven winner iPad. On the other hand, the Asus seems unique. Can you add a Docking station that has all the features the Asus has to the iPad or Samsung? No. Does the iPad and Samsung have expandable memory slots? No. Once the Docking station is aboard the Asus can handle not only micro mini sd , but flash drives, hard drives, Sd cards, and add another 6 hours to the 9 hours of battery life to the tablet. Can iPad or SamsungNO! And I think you look pretty darn sexy if you choose the over all winner here and thats the Asus. And more money in your pocket because its cheaper!

3. Me says: You both like this probably because you both own an Asus Transformers yourselves loool. Seriously though, GT 10.1 is more responsive and I like its apps better ;) who cares about 6 hourrs of extra battery life? Its not like theres a scarce number of outlets in this globe lol. Besides, the Asus TF will come out more expensive if you buy the optional keyboard/extra battery. Who cares about 16gb more of memory. It only matters to people who like to use their tablets as their only computing machines. I bet you two aint lol. Youre just keeping in trend which is not a bad thing btw but it clouds your perception about the better tablet. its not like youre gonna store all of your HD videos on your tablet. What? You mean to say that youre going to watch at least 6 HD videos on your tablet all of the time? get real. 16gb is enough. MYTHBUSTER: The Samsung GT SUPPORTS USB HOST CAPABILITIES JUST LIKE THE OTHER 3.1 Devices out there :p

4. randa taher says: in reply to me you are stupid the gt is not more responsive.Your telling me 6 hours and a keyboard dont make a difference pfft samsung is a good product and all but if you want more capabilities go for the asus.THE ASUS HAS A MICRO SD SLOT DOES THE GT? no it doesnt. THE ASUS HAS AN HDMI SLOT DOES THE GT? no it doesnt so i think you should actually own the asus before you judge it ..

5. JT says: Very biased review. I could have predicted that youd pick the Galaxy Tab halfway down the article.

6. dan says: another thing that you are missing is that asus trasnformer now has 3.1 and all around runs better and faster! i have tested for many hours and loaded both up full well over 100 apps along with music. also transformer has gorilla glass thats scratch proof while staying beautiful like any ips screen should. i have samsung epic with gorilla glass and super amoled screen. combination is unreal! beat this phone up and never put screen protectors or cases on. also the galaxy tab for same features and 16 or 32gb size will cost you extra $100 transformer 16gb $399 tab is $499 same with 32 gb $499 vs $599 and the galaxy tab makes you buy expensive proprietary adapters to change 40 pin charger to usb or hdmi output or sd card! each of those could be $50 to $100 a piece and no clue when they will come out. So, $550 for 16gb transformer including the $150 dock is an unreal deal and soon they are realeasing bundle pricing mostly like saving $50 to $100 on both the warranty for asus products is far superier also i have dealt with hp and samsung for years. asus offers free overnight shipping and repairs even international! dont charge you parts and labor!

7. dan says: the things that i give props to on the galaxy tab side is the fit and finish of the metal like aluminum like the new ipad at the same time is thinner all around but when comparted to the transformer its a very small amount thats negligible 80 grams lighter and 4 mm thinner? if they were half as much we could talk
