Please read over your copy of the Aperture Laboratories Notifying Caution Symbols information sheet. Aperture Laboratories and the Enrichment Centre takes no responsibility over death and injury. On the completion of your Enrichment centre Form of Acceptance, you will be volunteering to participate in our experimental testing program. At which time we cannot discuss any aspects to you. Once finished filling in the Aperture Science Enrichment Centre Form of Acceptance, please send it back to the specified address. From there will contact you through tracing your IP addresses and private contact numbers. If you have received this package, then congratulations! This is the very first step you will be taking before being apart of Aperture Sciences new experimental testing program. You involvement and participation will be greatly appreciated for further research studies in the future.
