Suppresses gastric acid secretion, by inhibiting H+, K+ ATPase enzyme in the parietal cells.

Nausea, mild transient increases in liver function tests, Headache, dizziness, fatigue, Diarrhea, abdominal pain, Hematuria, proteinuria , Rash

- Monitor urinalysis for hematuria and proteinuria. -Report any changes in urinary elimination -Report severe diarrhea -Do not breastfeed while taking this drug.

Treatment of severe Tranexamic Acid hemorrhage associated with excessive fibrinolysis. Abnormal bleeding during operation, traumatic injuries, profuse menstrual bleeding, recurrent nose bleed, genital bleeding, post tooth extraction and other dental procedures.
