WRONG ATTITUDE/MIS-BEHAVIOUR OF METER READER AND ONE WINDOW OPERATION STAFF

Sir,
I may kindly be permitted to put in your knowledge the misbehavior/wrong attitude of Meter Reader and One Window Operation Staff in S.D.O,(LESCO) office Mughalpura Sub-Division Lahore.

Sir, I am residing at Sahowari, Mughalpura, Lahore. On Sunday

afternoon of August 11th, 2011 at 12:15 p.m. when I went to (LESCO) office Mughalpura Sub-Division to submit an application of excess billing and wrong reading for the month of July 2011. The Meter Reader and One Window Operation Staff did not receive the application and insulted me which was out of manner language by the LESCO staff. After a long discussion, the meter reader agreed to write units on card every month (which was ordered by WAFAQI MOHTASIB).

At 10 September 2011 in afternoon, the one person of LESCO staff

visited my house, asked for paid bill copy for the month of July, 2011 and checked my meter, stated that your meter is running slow as technical weapon and warned my younger son to disconnect the meter.

The Meter reader and One Window Operation Staff in SDO,(LESCO)

Office Mughalpura, Sub-Division not sail the problems but he use technical weapon, stated that your meter is running slow. This residences connection is not for CNG station. Keeping in view the above submissions, I request you to kindly probe into the matter personally and take appropriate action against these black sheeps and make an example of good governance in this department as soon as possible.
