Tasting Light and lively bubbles. Rose wine, brilliant in appearance. Fresh, clean, fruity aroma. Balanced and fresh on the palate. Varietals An assemblage of cabernet for aromas and structure and cinsault which brings the freshness. Vinification Effervescence is the rsult of natural fermentation produced by selected strains of cultured dry yeast. Fermentation is temperature controlled, during which time the wine is pumped over the grape skins at regular intervals. The wine is aged on its lees for 4 weeks. Addition of expedition liquor and bottling is done using a minimum of sulfur dioxide. The wine rest at least one month in bottle before shipment. Drunk straight or in cocktail.
