Mc trng chin x xt thm

Thi gian chun b v ch bin khong 15 pht. Dnh cho 4 ngi n. Nguyn liu: - 450g mc trng - 1 tri trng g - 1/2 chn nc ct thm - 1 tha c ph ti bm - 1 tha c ph ht nm - 1/4 tha c ph mui - 1/2 tha c ph ng - 1 tha sp tng t - 100g bt chin x - 1 tha sp bt m - 1 tha c ph bt bp - Du chin Cch lm: 1. Mc lm sch trng chn. Cho ti v ht nm vo mc, xc u. 2. Ln mc qua bt m, ln qua trng g ri cui cng ln qua bt x. 3. Bc cho du nng, th mc vo chin bt va vng, vt ra giy thm du. Bc ni cho nc ct thm nu va si nh, nm mui, ng, ch si nh li, pha bt bp vi cht nc khuy vo cho st. Cui cng cho tng t vo. Xp mc ra a. Ri nc xt ln. Dng km x lch, da leo.

Gi mc trng

Thi gian chun b v ch bin khong 10 pht. Dnh cho 4 ngi n. Nguyn liu: - 450g mc trng - 1 c hnh ty - 1 tri da leo - 1 tha sp c rt xt si - 1 nhm rau rm - 1 tha sp u phng rang - 1 tha sp ti, hnh tm phi - 1/2 tha c ph tiu - 1 tha sp gim - 1/2 tha sp ng - Nc trn: 1 tha sp nc mm, 2 tha sp ng, 1/2 tha sp nc ct chanh, 1 tha c ph t ti bm, khuy u. Cch lm: 1. Mc lm sch trng chn. Hnh ty xt mng ngm gim ng. Khi hnh thm, vt ra ro. 2. Da leo xt si mng. Rau rm xt nhuyn. u phng gi gip. 3. Cho hnh, da leo, c rt, mc vo 1/2 nc trn, trn u, khong 2 pht cho thm.

4. Cht nc u b i ri trn li ln na vi phn nc trn cn li. Trt ra a, rc hnh ti phi, rau rm v u phng ln.

Mc xo sa t

Thi gian chun b v ch bin khong 17 pht. Dnh cho 3 ngi n. Nguyn liu: - 400g mc - 1 tri t Lt - 2 tri t sng - 1 c hnh ty - 1 t l qu - 4 tha sp sa t - 2 tha sp tng ht - 1 tha sp ng - 2 tha sp du n Cch lm: 1. Mc lm sch, kha mt li, ct ming va n. Hnh ty xt dy theo chiu dc. t Lt, t sng xt khc di. L qu lt ra sch.

2. Cho du vo cho ch nng, trt sa t vo xo sn li. Cho tip hnh ty, t Lt v t vo, nm ng, tng ht va n. Sau cng cho l qu vo, tt bp. Trt ra a, dn n km vi cm.

Chun b nhng nguyn liu sau:

- 300gr mc ti - 200gr rau cn ta (hoc c th thay bng rau mung, rau ci...) - 1/2 c hnh ty (thi lt mng) - 2 qu da chut (thi lt) - ng, mui, du vng, tng t - Ti bm

Bc 1: - Kha nh cc ng dc con mc. Sau , ct ngang thn mc thnh nhng ming va n.

Bc 2: - Cho rau vo ni nc si luc s qua ri vt ra v ngm ngay vo nc lnh nh!

Bc 3: - Gi ta chuyn sang bc luc mc ny. Ch cn luc chn ti thi v nh b mt cht mui vo nc luc mc khng b nht nghen.

Bc 4: - Vt cho rau ra bt nc ri cho vo trn vi mc, hnh ty, da chut, ti bm cng cc loi gia v nh! Thng thng, t l s l: 2 tha t, 1 tha ng, 1 tha dm, 1/4 tha du m, 1/2 tha mui.

Mn bn tm cun ny lm nhanh, n gin m li rt ngon v l ming. Bn hy tr ti i c nh vo cui tun ny nh.

Nguyn liu: Tm ti: 300g, rau dip: 300g, tht ba ch: 300g, bn rng ba: 500g, nc mm, gia v, ng, t, ti, gim.
