Job Description

This position takes care of the employees that are located in a geographical area consisting of several states and reports to the Manager of HR Deployment. This position requires visiting employees who are based in client sites in that location. Key Responsibilities include: Implements key Talent Management initiatives like performance appraisal, promotions, competency development, HiPo deployment and rewards and recognition etc. Communicates on policy/business and other organizational developments through Town Halls, Open Houses etc. Deploys the Employee Engagement initiatives (HR One-on-One Connectivity, Corporate Sustainability Initiatives) for the accounts responsible for in the Region. Ensures deployment of all Employee retention initiatives across the accounts handled in the region. Takes complete ownership of separation management for the responsible employees. Ensures compliance to all HR processes (e.g. Timesheets, I-9 etc.), governance, risk related aspects and HSE. Handles the grievance process effectively by involving the relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely closure (within defined SLAs). Implements all statutory employment requirements, as advised by the Legal team and liaisons with the local government authority (as applicable). Creates mechanisms to increase employee participation in Employee Satisfaction Survey and measuring the Employee Satisfaction Index for the accounts owned and responsible for preparation and timely closure of action plan from the Employee satisfaction survey. Participates in the Talent Acquisition initiatives such as Talent Integration/Onboarding, Campus Recruitment, etc. Provides support to the Learning & Development team for the learning programs for college hires, Faculty identification/support and Training nomination support etc. Provides support to the Resource Management Group for issues pertaining to employee allocations, relocations etc. Participates in all business meetings, client audits/meetings and project start-up meetings. Provides timely support to the business leadership on various people management aspects.
