The lease for unit 627 (City Place, South tower, West Palm Beach) rented by Noelle Pellar ends January 31,2011. i James Post, owner of the unit, will accept

a month to month lease agreement commencing

the

February 1, 2011. The current occupant agrees to providing a 30 day notice prior to terminating

month-to-month lease agreement. The month-to-month lease terminates on the last day of each month. 1 James Post also agree to provide the tenant with a 30 day notice prior to ending the lease. The current tenant agrees that not providing the 30 day notice of ending the lease will require forfeiting original deposit.
