was sitting on the hillock

when the mind inside spoke

�free up your arms

jump from that cliff

like a bird you will fly

wind will be your guide�.

thought for a while

then said to mind

�no, i am not doing it�

he begged, he pleaded

then it said �i want to break free

i want you to make me free�

�free from what?� i asked

�free from useless thoughts� it said.

only then did i realise

how useless thoughts were of mine.
