Peak Hours

Opening/Closing of the Stations

The following periods are the peak periods during business days (Monday - Friday):

The morning peak period will last for three hours, beginning at 05:30 and
ending at 08:30.
The afternoon peak period will also last for three hours, beginning at 16:00 and
ending at 19:00.

One Gautrain Gold Card Per Passanger (Cost R10)

Services Intervals During Peak/Off Peak/Weekends and

Public Holiday Periods

Service intervals are 12 minutes at peak periods.

Service intervals are 20 minutes at off peak periods.
Service intervals are 30 minutes on weekends and public holiday periods.

parking and bus fares.
Children under 3 years of age travel free of charge. Carry non-paying children or
ask attendant for assistance.
The same Gautrain Gold Card can be used to board both the Bus and Train.
