Selling Problem Nowadays, many people find their self have to move from one place to other place. Start from students, workers and households. Usually they got problem to pack their stuff, to transport it to the destination and unpack their stuff. 2. Find Solution Base on situation above, we see that problem could be a good business opportunity. Because of that, we decide to set up this company that would help those who want to move but have no enough time and ability to do it by their self. 3. Measuring Value Proportion What makes our business different with other moving company is that we also provide packing and unpacking service instead of only transporting stuffs. 4. Determine business model We start promoting and targeting our service to our prospective buyers (students first) by using mouth-to-mouth promotion strategy, and spread flyer about our business to boarding houses and public places. 5. Knowledge to manage capital Because we already have a place to be our office, we no need money for office rent. So, the capital only allocated to get the vehicle to transport, and other packing stuff. 6. Understand the cash flow concept We predict to reach our break-even point within a year
