How To Make Dorayaki

Dorayaki is a traditional food from Japanese. How to make : Materials : 3 eggs 2/3 cup of sugar tsp baking soda 3 tbsp water A cup of flour Oil or margarine for frying

Steps : Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, then whisk it well by hand. Dissolve the baking soda in water in a glass, then add the water to the egg mixture. Add the flour to the egg mixture. Oil the mold pan and heat it on the low heat. Put a scoop of the batter on the pan. Turn over the pancake when you see bubbles appear on its surface. You can fill something like pasta between a pair of them. Dorayaki is ready to serve.
