Well, you ask me what's my opinion about the staff appraisal?

As human resources manager, I have to say that I am totally in agreement with i ts implementation, because it helps to the company to obtain there goals more ef ficiently. I can not understand how managers of other departments do not understand that th ese activities make the company much more efficient, since it has a direct communication with employees and create a much more relaxed working envir onment. If we put all of us, peer review would be excellent and very effective i n terms of production in the company, since in the organization, the work enviro nment is most important for an employee to get a good effect on the production b ecause we can show you the things you are doing well and this motivates them. An d we all know that a motivated employee produces more and better. Moreover, if we change the work atmosphere, being more positive as managers at the time of evaluation with peers, employees will understand that this is not to hurt them, as opposed to giving feedback to improve on their work. And so with that impression they will be able to feel more comfortable and posit ive about the evaluation because it will benefit both them and the company. The staff appraisal methods in general are good for any entity, and that through the m can be clearly reflect the quality of the staff and especially the quality and organization that they have. Finally I can conclude that peer evaluations are not a waste of money, or time. Since improved internal organizations and human relations, is the most efficient way to have an intelligent organization which can adapt to the market and be ab le to survive.
