S&S OD: Bleeding, nose bleeds, hematuria, tarry stools, easy bruising, petechial formation *Allergies Vancomyin-swelling PCN-Diarrhea Sulfa drugs-Rash Erythromycin-Swelling Augmentin-Diarrhea Sporanox (Itraconazole)-Rash Mycostain-Rash Cardizem (Diltiazem)-Rash Excederine-Rash Iodine-Burns skin Betadine (Providone Iodine)-Blisters Adhesive-Rash Staples-Severe infection
