Copy by Ctrl-C
Hold Shift key & click on each column and CLICK for TEXT Option

Select Columns A & B (If you want description for reference) Copy by Ctrl-C Open another sheet
This becomes a worksheet for entering data. Save it at a suitable location with suitable name. Then delete 2nd Row.
Save at convenient location, by simple name as Text( notepad )(Tab Delimited) Close the file.
