NAU stands out the Humans Right into the code of conduct, we can find different issues in this

issue such us: Voluntary Employment: In this topic, NAU has the policy that all employment must be voluntary Child Labor: the people that work with NAU must be younger than 16 age Freedom of Association:(Employers shall recognize and respect the right of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining. Fair and Equal Treatment:(Work environments must be free of physical, sexual, psychological and verbal harassment and abuse, retribution for grievances, and corporal punishment. Nondiscrimination: all workers should be treated with dignity, respecting their individuality, culture and gender. Compensation: Employers shall pay each employee at least the minimum wage required. Hours of Work: Employees shall not be required to work more than the hour described by the law. Overtime: Employers shall pay each employee by the Overtime. Health and Safety:(Employers shall provide a safe and healthy working environment to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work or as a result of the operation of employer facilities. On the other hand, NAU has defined the policies about the Environment issue, for example, the supplier must comply with applicable environmental laws of their country, have a written environmental policy, and implement a system to minimize or eliminate negative impacts on the environment
