Resources Responding to Customers Needs For DE and DEBE classes

Due to the constant complaints received from companies using DE, and after considering the suggestions and the comments in the (Grille dEvaluation) which are as follow: 1- Faire 30 minutes de Business English. Cest la quon demandera corriger certain mail ou a rectifier nos cris. 2- Avoir des leons ou des rgles ou des formules crites noir sur blanc pour la grammaire et lorthographe ou la syntaxe. 3- Je souhaiterai avoir des modles de lettres administratives des courriels des tournures de phrase, des formules de politesseetc And also considering our teachersfeedback from their students at different companies which are as follow: 1- Alstom/ Astrazenika : Irrelevant subjects, not related to students work field. 2- Alstom/KPMG/HSBC/Renault trucks: Need to practise more writing: emails and reports 3- EDL: Asking for more challenging content. IN-tuition has decided to provide the teachers with materials and resources (PDF format and website addresses) in order to respond to the students needs. In order to know those needs, its compulsory to make students fill in the (Fiche des Besoins) at the beginning of the session.

DEBE
After meeting some teachers using DEBE, and discussing the course approach, we all agreed on the points below: 1- Customers need more role plays and practise the vocabulary and the grammar learnt through the lesson and NOT wait till the end. 2- Provide students with more grammar input in a communicative way. 3- Make sure that teachers create a sort of a balance in the course between tutorials and conversation classes and vary the conversation topics according to the customers needs. NB: Teachers are strongly requested to do their own research and find resources that best suit their students needs in case the ones provided by IN-tuition do not. They are also requested to meet regularly at IN-tuition in order to share their experiences and resources.
