    07.12.2010 REVISION OF RATE OF INTEREST IN PNB TAX SAVER FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME WITH EFFECT FROM 08.12.

    2010 It has now been decided to revise the rate of interest to be offered to the depositors under PNB TAX SAVER FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME, with effect from 08.12.2010, as under: Public (General) Sr. Citizen (General) Staff Members Retired Staff* (Sr. Citizen)

    5 Years to upto 8.50% 9.00% 9.50% 9.50% 10 years *Note: In case of staff members as well as retired staff members who are also Senior Citizen, maximum rate of interest to be allowed is 9.50% in the buckets of 5 years to upto 10 years. This shall be applicable only for fresh deposits under the scheme. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as advised by Resource Mobilization Division erstwhile RBD from time to time.
