KEEPING OF 201 FILES OR SERVICE RECORDS OF ENLISTED PERSONNEL In order to facilitate the location of 201 files and to maintain convenient and prompt reference at all times to the service records of enlisted personnel of this Bureau, the following standard operating procedures shall be obtained: 1. All original service records (201 files) of enlisted men shall be kept at the Main Office, BCGS Building, and Manila. 2. Duplicates of the records f enlisted men shall invariably be kept at their respective stations of assignment, and in case of transfer shall be sent by the Command of Origin to the Command of Destination, duplicates of which shall be sent to the Office. 3. A transfer record sheet for purposes of allotment, leave, pay and allowance, etc., shall be sent by the Command of Origin to the Command of Destination, duplicates of which shall be sent to the office. 4. All information sheets of original enlistees shall be files in the Main Office. 5. A conduct record shall e updated and sent by the Command of Origin to the Command of Destination, a duplicate of which shall be sent to the Coast Survey Office.
