    Self Defence Seminar
    Presented by David Krstik, Head Coach of Technique Jiu Jitsu and 2nd dan Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, this seminar will compliment any style of Martial Arts. Gain some insights into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as it was originally taught as an effective, no nonsense and realistic grappling based street defence. This seminar will be focusing on ground defence from under an opponent, teaching sweeps, finishes and escapes while dealing with strikes.
