� Passengers are requested to be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to t he sc hedule departure. Passengers who do not report on
time will be termed as �NO-SHOW� passengers and will be denied boarding with out any refund.
� Kesineni reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influe nc e of alc ohol or owing to any misc onduc t of
behavior/c ritic ally ill/stretc her borne whic h may not be deemed safe by the Kesineni.
�Kesineni reserves the right to Readjust/Change the seat No's of the any passengers, so as to avoid inconvience to
Co-Passsengers. "Lady passenger indication does not guarantee a lady neighbour."
� A person shall be denied boarding & not Entitled for Refund unless that person prese nts a valid tic ket along with a valid photo identity c ard at
the time of boarding. A tic ket is not transferable. Passengers with c onfirmed tic ket s only are allowed to board the bus. Persons with wait listed
tic kets are not permitted to board the bus.
� Passenger should not c arry any goods like wepons,inflammables,firearms,drugs,liquor,smuggled goods etc & any other artic les that are
prohibitedunder law.Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs, Exc ess baggage will be c harged as per the c ompany rules. Kesineni will
not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage of the passenger luggage. Kes ineni reserves the right to disallow any exc ess baggage
c arried by the passengers.
� For tic ket c anc elled before 3 hours prior to the sc hedule time of departure 10% will be deduc ted on fare, Before 2 hours 20% will be deduc ted
on fare, Before 1 hour 30% will be deduc ted from the fare and for c anc ellation done with in 1 hour of sc hedule time will be treated as "No Show".
No refund will be given to �NO-SHOW� passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time.
� Note: Only bonafide passengers holding valid Kesineni tic kets booked at Kesineni c o unters are allowed to c anc el tic kets and c ollec t refund at
c ounters. It is mandatory to show original photo identity c ard at the time of c anc ellation.
� Canc ellation of tic kets purc hased online should be done online only & Canc ellation of tic kets purc hased from Agents should be done with the
respec tive Agent Only.
�Kesineni may delay a bus without any prior notic e in c ase of c irc umstanc es beyond it s c ontrol. In suc h c irc umstanc es Kesineni delays a bus
more than 2 hours. Kesineni may resc hedule the journey on the next Kesineni servic e in same sec tor subjec t to availability without any extra
c harge based on the passenger�s Convenienc e or enable the full refund of the tic ket as paid by the passengers. The passenger will have to
c anc el or resc hedule the tic ket before the departure of the delayed servic e else the tic ket will bec ome a �NO-SHOW� and will not be entitled
to any refund or resc hedule. Kesineni is not responsible for the delays c aused enroute due to unavoidable c irc umstanc es like traffic jams etc .

Cancellation of service:
�Kesineni may c anc el a servic e without any prior notic e in c ase of c irc umstanc es beyo nd its c ontrol. In suc h c irc umstanc es Kesineni shall either
resc hedule the journey for travel on the next Kesineni servic e in the same sec tor, S ubjec t to availability without any extra c harge based on the
passengers Convenienc e or enable a full refund of the tic ket as paid by the passenge r and shall be under no further liability to the passenger.
The passenger will be required to c ollec t the refund from the point of purc hase.
�In c ase of any breakdowns enroute Kesineni will refund the amount on a prorata basis at the Kesineni booking c ounters situated at the origin
or destination of the journey. Kesineni will not make any alternate arrangements of travel for breakdowns enroute. Kesineni is not responsible for
any breakdowns of audio, vedio and air c onditioning equipment enroute or in the middle of the journey.
� Kesineni does not allow any pets on board its servic e.
� For Shirdi Servic es, hotel ac c ommodation booking fac ility is available in the bus.
� Audio & Video Entertainment in Buses are stric tly c omplimentary. T ic kets do not inc lude any c harges for the Entertainment system. No part of
the tic ket c harges will be refunded for non availability of the Entertainment system
�Dropping points keep c hanging based on traffic regulations and beyond any c ontrol. T he point is a approximate indic ation but not c ompulsory.
�Kesineni reserves the right to c hange the route and/or dropping points, with out any prior notic e.
